Terms & Conditions
  1. Usual turnaround time for initial concepts (in design projects) is 3 working days. Revisions are delivered within 1-2 working days.
  2. Payment Terms:
    Start Fee (Upfront): 50%.
    Project Complete: 50% - Upon completion of the project. Before releasing final files.
  3. Policies on Revisions:
    Unless otherwise specified, we provide unlimited revisions (as long as they remain within reason).
  4. Payment Methods:
    We accept payments through PayPal and through the Elance Billing and Payment System.
    If you wish to send payments via Western Union, Moneygram or wire transfer, you must pay the transference fees.
  5. Additional Company Policies You Should Know:
    We release all copy rights over the artwork, but we retain the right to show the artwork in our portfolio. This is open to negotiation.
